Background: Charles Xavier has adopted Scott from an young age sometime after the plane incident. Scott is the first recruit for Xavier and he proclaims himself leader. He's a senoir at Bayville High School. Scott as leader wants all the fellow X-Men to good and not to get involved with the enemy.
He has many rivals but most deal with Duncan because mainly they both love Jean. (Poor Jean right?) Another rival is Lance Alvers. (To me it seems like all leaders have to fight other leaders and let their friends deal with the others)
