Psykotic Minds: custom car club
Rules:
1. Must have a nice clean ride, good attitude, intentions of, and ideas to making their ride better, and be given a copy of the rules to sign stating they understand and will abide by them or suffer consequences and possible loss of membership.
----->a. In order to become a member, all current members must look at your car, discuss the persons attitude and how they will benefit the organization. A majority vote will be made at the next official meeting in which the potential member will attend.
----->b. All members are responsible for cleaning their own rides, cleaning supplies will be purchased by the organization.
2. Must respect all rides of members and non-members
----->a. If a member disrespects; starts fights with other clubs, intensionally breaks or tears up a part to someones car, etc. any member or non-member at a show, correct action will be taken in the next meeting
----->b. Members must respect customizing ideas of other car owners. If you do not like the car/truck do not disrespect them. Keep in mind, that individual has but a lot of time and money into their ride, and verbal slander is not what we're about.
3. Must have a decal in plain visibility
----->a. Preferably on the rear window
----->b. The club will purchase one decal per member, any additional decals will be paid for by that individual this includes t-shirts, license plates/frames, etc.
4. Must attend shows that are designated by the entire organization, at least one of the following major shows in our area will be required. If your car is in show condition, you must show!
----->a. Texas Heatwave: July 19-21 Austin TX
----->b. Showfest: May 18-19 Greenville, MS
----->c. Nopi: September 16-18 Atlanta, GA
----->d. Cajun Cruz: Monroe, LA
4*. Each member must attend at least 2 other smaller shows during show season. A list of shows will be given to each member.
5. Must pay dues of $20 per month and attend meetings. Meetings will be held at least twice a month. Any member may call a meeting if they have a valid reason, but there must be a 24 hour notice given for absense rules to apply.
----->a. Each member is allowed 2 unexcused absenses
----->b. If a member misses a meeting the must have a valid escuse which will be voted on by the members
----->c. If a member misses more than 2 meetings without a valid excuse, they will be charged an additional $5.00 which will be paid by the next official meeting
----->d. If a member is tardy without a valid excuse, they will be fined $1.00
----->e. If a member misses a required show without a valid excuse that member risks removal from organization
6. Executive Council positions & duties
----->a. President: Call meetings to order
----->b. Vice President: Takes over when President cannot attend meeting
----->c. Secretary: Takes notes during meetings
----->d. Treasurer: In charge of collecting dues and depositing them into the bank account, is responsible for bringing all bank stubs (deposits and with-drawals) to meetings The treasury report will be read at all meetings.
7. The bank account will have three names: President, Vice President, & Treasurer. There will need to be two of these three names on all checks written or any other withdrawals from the account. A debit card will be available for phone and online purchases.
8. In the future, Psykotic Mindz will host a car show each year and every member MUST participate.
