My mask has fooled you
As it has done to so many
But still I continue to hurt
More than you will ever know

But I know the truth
And that's what bothers me
All I want is your happiness
I just need you to be happy
Because that's what makes me think
That I'm acually worth something
That I might acually mean something to you
I would go to the ends of the universe
To ensure your happiness
I would throw away my sanity
Just to keep that smile on your face
That's all I'm good at
Is listening to others
And ignoring myself
And my own needs
I've put you first
And myself second
But that's all that matters to me
So I can carry on my life
With all the false happiness.
