Psychotic Cheshire's CRAPPY FANCELS
Hello,
minna-san!! This is my Fancel page and currently, its under HEAVY
construction. I have just started painting fancels and I'm HOOKED! I
loooove making fancels!!~ even though I don't own any
original animation cels (too expensive for me). This page is for
sharing
the fancels that I've done.

You may notice that most/all of the cels have thick-@$$ lines...its because I only have 1 pen left that works..and that's the Sakura IDEntapen...
7/30- GOT SOME NEW SCANS OF CELS!!!
.. 12/31 - made some new fancels, but since I don't have a scanner they're just sitting here...I'll try and get some pictures up using my friend's scanner over the summer

- If
you
decide to order from me, email me with an image of the character that
you
want done. After I check it out, I'll email you again with the
estimate.
I also reserve the right to refuse any commission either a) I may feel
that
my skills are not good enough b) I'm completely booked (yeah right).
- I'm new to this so my prices are relatively low: Single Character: 8 1/2 x 11: $15 and 9x12: $25 (w/shipping), add $5 for every additional character (note that prices are subject to change depending on the level of difficulty of the character). Also international customers add $5.
- I don't make backgrounds b/c 1) I don't have the materials to do so (starving college student) 2) I'm still practicing how (on cheap paper) and I don't want to give you low quality work. However, I can refer you to a bunch of ppl who do know how to make them
- Payment
is done in halves, the first one as down payment, when I confirm the
order;
and the second one at the end. I am very flexible though and if you're
not
comfortable with this set-up, email me with your suggestion. Also
accepted
methods are Paypal, Money Order and Personal Check (must wait 10 days
to
clear), cash (at your own risk), all prices are in USD funds
- Unfortunately, I don't have a scanner (yes, I am that poor), the scans that you see in the gallery were done using my friends (who lives a good 2+ hrs away from me) scanner, so I can't guarantee showing you an image of the finished product (surprise).

ABOUT MY FANCELSI use the following to make my fancels:
- Acetate: just cheap, everyday, acid-free overhead transparencies and just recently, Dura-lar Wet media acetate. Since I'm relatively new to fancel making, I use these instead of professional animation cels.
- Paint: I use Anita's Acrylic Paint, cheap and gives relatively the same effect as professional acrylic, IMO.
- Pens:
I've tried a few different pens in inking my fancels, and since
I have a limited budget, I prefer Sakura IDenta Pens or Itoya permanent
pens.
