Desolate formed in October 1999. The four members are Rory McCrystal (Vocals / Rhythm Guitar), Paul Shields (Lead Guitar), John Rogan (Bass), and Dave McCann (Drums). The band are from Dublin, Ireland, and have to date recorded and released one EP called "Shadows in Darkness". The band have played gigs in Dublin and Belfast and are hoping to tour elsewhere in the near future. The opening track from their EP entitled "Chaos Season" is featured on the debut Psychophonic Records compilation "Kill Your Management".
