| Well, I've got something working that closely resembles a news script... ...but it's not. Enjoy it for all it's worth - which is very little. Again, you can click on Story to see the whole backstory to The Rising Empire, and get an idea of what it's all about, so check that out if you haven't already. I plan to revise it as I go. I added a CHARACTERS, menu item, which should give you informaton on each of the main important characters... ...check back later - I'll be adding to it, as I go. I also added a WIP FORUM Menu item, that takes you to The Rising Empire Work in Progress, forum, at The Admiral's Command Chamber Forums. Remember, I usally keep my 1-up.com Blog updated - Check it out by clicking MISC. |
| Finally a friggin update! The site actually looks presentable, but it still lacks content - hopefully that'll change soon. I've finally decided to give y'all a backstory, since I just realised, earlier, this week, that alot of you don't even know what this is about... So, click on STORY in the menu bar, and read-up, for all it's one-page goodness. Someday it'll be more in-depth, but it atleast gives you something to go on. SCREENSHOTS, as usual, takes you to my Editor's corner over at Massassi - that stays pretty up to date with screenshots on the project. | Nothing's changed much on the site, but there's been a HUGE update to the mod, in the WIP Forum @ The Admiral's Command Chamber Forums. | Just a simple update to let everyone know I'm still alive (if you don't visit my 1-up.com Blog). No real updates. A few production updates since the last news post. (it's been a friggin year?!) But so far, I'm coming to the conclusion that I'm treating this mod like "The Great American Novel" - or in this case: "The Great UB3R @M3RC@N H@X0R M0D". Either way It's been years since I started this, and so many other mini side projects have just been distracting me from the original objective. So, I'm thinking I'm just gonna finish writing the story, and maybe release a movie or a comic-like-thing, using the in-game work, I've already done - then release the story, itself, for publication, of some kind - hopefully, if it's good enough - a book deal or something. Hey, I can dream. Then eventually, go back and write the original (non-Star Wars) Sci-fi story, I started back in high school, and see if I can do something with that. (Getting that published, would be awesome, as well...) Side Projects: JA Models Music |
