She has a decorative hair pin on both sides (with a flower sort of theme), and her kimono is in various shades of green. It obviously has a grass theme--there are leaves along her lapels, as well as a grass-patterned obi. She's wearing traditional Geisha makeup (Hard to tell in black and white). It was once quite popular to just shade the bottom lip to make then thin lips of Japanese women look fuller for a poutier look. Her face is covered in white makeup, and her eyebrows are penciled in with charcoal sticks. ^.^
