What is This Progression System? And Training Points?

Training points are what is gained from doing Missions and things. Different Missions give differing amounts of training points, RP missions currently give the most, while sato missions give the least. This increases focus around RP. The progression system is the aquiring of training points and spending them on stats, stamina, and jutsu.

What makes The Progression system so great?

Ever wanna be like Naruto? Or like Sasuke? Genin who are actually stronger then their level. Want to Customize your stats to totally suit your own likes and dislikes? Being able to have no real caps on your growth? This allows you do it. It allows you to be heavy in stamina, but at the cost of overall jutsu knowledge, or stat power, or vice versa. You can move it evenly or move it so you specialize.

How do I gain these Training Points?

Like previously stated, you get them for doing Missions, wether it be sato missions, or RP each get their own differing amount of points.

I just spent 50 TP on an A-rank Jutsu Slot, Do I automatically get a A-rank Jutsu?

For now, yes. However, there is a system being made up that has some jutsu require that you have to train to learn a jutsu even after paying the necessary TP for it.

So Can I put 200 into my stats?

No, the Limit is going to be 100 for any stat, though everyone will be allowed to choose 2 of their ten main stats to increase past this 100, to a new limit of 120. However, don't worry: You don't need to choose these "specializations" in advance. You simply need to use TP to purchase stat gains past 100, for 2 stats of your choice.

So, I'm a Chuunin. Do I get some special bonus for my uber 1337 rank?

Nope. This entire system is designed so that your Rank has nothing to do with how powerful your character is. If you want him/her to be strong, you'll have to complete missions and gain more TP. Besides... If you are at a high rank, you should already have completed a lot of missions...

Eh? I'm in a clan with a bloodline? Wtf am I GONNA DO!!!?"

Clans with a Bloodline will have what is called a "Bloodline Stat." The Bloodline Stat is just like any other stats in that you have to pay TP in order to increase it. However, it's only for clans with a Bloodline and the abilities it gives are unique to each Bloodline (i.e.: the Hyuuga Bloodline Stat works differently than the Uchiha Bloodline Stat). So, if you're not in a clan or in a "Specialist" clan (one that doesn't have a specific Bloodline), you don't need to worry about it.

Sato Missions
Sato Missions are the Missions you do for you your Sato, such as your post count, events, etc.

RP Missions
RP Missions are the Missions your character does throughout your RP experience. The Rank of the Mission is determined by the RP's Head, or GM as we like to call them when the RP Arc completes.

RP Battles
RP Battles are when you combat against another character and take place during an RP. The Rank given is determined by the judge for the battle and refers to the quality of your RP in the battle. If you win the battle, you gain the full TP amount for that rank. If you lose, you gain half that amount.

RP Training
RP Training takes place with a Sensei. A Sensei must be at least two ranks higher than yourself and can be either a PC or NPC (NPC sensei will only count if the posts are extremely well done.

Using TP

As you've already learned, TP is used in upgrading and improving your character's abilities in battle. How do you use TP to do that, you ask? Well, it's pretty simple, actually. You can follow the chart below to determine how much TP you need to "buy" x more points in a Stat or your stamina, or a jutsu for use.
