When can I join the RP?
You must first complete the character registration before, joining in, in any RP playing. - - I registered my character...now what?
You can do any number of things, from beggining your RP experience, to
registering your jutsu list. Personally the best step would be
organizing what jutsu you have, and need. Then starting the RP. Create
a text document of the jutsu you know, just for reference while RPing. - - Can I use a character, I have in another RP forum?
As long as the character matches your rank, and age, strength, and the
most important thing, is that they work within the Naruto world. If
you're an academy student, you won't be able to be a 50 year old
assasin with a scar, and who can use 'special beam cannon' on anyone. - - How do I RolePlay?
Check the RP Tutorial created by DiemondDagger and Shaynrigan: Click Here. - - Can my character have is own personalized jutsu?
Not unless it is approved directly for you to use. Otherwise your characters can only use Jutsu listed in @CC: Green -- Spells/Jutsus Guide.
Also, you character can't know jutsu from a different Sato, Clan, or
Division. That means if you are a member of Konoha Sato's Hyuuga Clan
and the Eisei, you can't have jutsu from Kiri Sato, the Kaguya, or
Akatsuki. - - Okay I just went up in rank, do I get the jutsu from my old rank?
Congratulations for going up in rank! You have just become stronger
within thesato, and now also within the RP. Yes, you get to keep the
jutsu you already had, and simply learn the ones of higher rank, etc. - - How do I learn jutsu?
You can learn new jutsu many ways. By RP awards at the end of story
arcs, by having your character at a specific location during an RP. Or
you can be taught a jutsu. - - So, anyone can teach me a jutsu?
Sorry, but no. You can only be taught jutsu by someone of at least two
ranks higher than yourself. For example, if you are an Academy Student,
you can only be taught jutsu by a Chuunin or higher ranked person. - - Chakra And STAMINA?!?! WHAT?!?!!
Calm down. It's not that confusing.
Just understand that everyone has Stamina points, and they convert them
into Chakra as they require to perform their Jutsu. After a little
while, the Chakra dissipates, or vanishes, based on your Chakra Control. - - So...I'm
genin...and I have 60 stamina points. Does that mean that, when I
convert all my Stamina to Chakra, I would have 60 chakra points?!
Correct!! You got it! See, it's not that confusing, after all, is it?
However, you might want to keep in mind that, with 0 Stamina, since you
converted it all to Chakra, you would fall unconscious, the same as if
you were thoroughly beaten. - - What
about stat bonuses? If there's a limit to how high my stats can go,
what if I use a Jutsu that increases them? What if my clan says I have
bonuses or penalties to certain stats?
At current, the main 10
stats are on a 0-100 scale, being purchased with Training Points.
However, at each member's personal discretion, they can choose 2 stats
to specialize in, and increase to 120, when they wish. This does not
need to be chosen in advance, nor do specific pairings need to be
chosen: It's entirely up to the player. As for Jutsu that increase
stats, there is no limit to that. If you have 120, and have a Jutsu
that increases the stat by 50, then you have 170 with that Jutsu in
effect. Regarding clan stat bonuses/penalties, these are called Stat
Displacements, and are added on to the end of the purchased Stat. For
example: Ninjutsu: 60 [+15] That would mean there is a
Stat Displacement of +15 Ninjutsu for the clan, and that person
actually has 75. In this manner, someone could get 100 [+15] without
specializing, or even 120 [+15] for a very high stat specialization. - - I want to edit my character/ jutsu. How do I do this?
If you want to edit your character and/ or jutsu list, simply edit your
character, then DELETE your old post of your character registration,
and repost it as a new character. That way we know you edited him.
Jutsu lists are a little different, though. If you to edit your jutsu
list, just edit your original post. Just be sure to label in the jutsu
list which jutsu were TAUGHT by a TEACHER and who that TEACHER is, as
well as whether it was an RP Award or not. - - I have a question about the RP... but it's not on this list.
Simply direct your way to the RP Q & A Thread, and ask your question there! __________________
I bid you, my colleagues and friends, farewell. I speak this by these
means rather than those of tradition for I could not gain the courage
to talk to those necessary in person, for I know they would attempt to
coerce from doing otherwise. I leave you all here and now, and everything for which I held responsibility, I rest into the hands of others. Last edited by K. Saizuchi : 02-01-2006 at 02:59 PM. |
