Such a small word,
That holds so much more meaning.
To some people it means good things and happy times,
To other people it may mean despair and sadness.
Everyone has a path to take and a path to make,
Some people choose the right way and live an enjoyable life.
Others, aren't so fortunate.
They take the path that leads to where they need not go,
Therefore they chose the path that wasn't quite right,
And may lead to them unhappy things.
Those who hope are more lucky than those who don't,
Everyone must choose a path.
Hopefully you choose the right one.
