There was not a significant main effect for sex of the partner who accepted influence, F(1,39) = .020, p = .887, on quality of relationship. And there was a significant interaction between number of times influence was accepted and sex of the partner who accepted influence, F(1,39) = 5.850, p = .021. Indicating that a particular level of influence did make a difference across levels of quality of relationship, and sex of the partner who accepted influence did not make a difference across levels of quality of relationship.
