Welcome to
Dragonmaine Cattery
Oklahoma City Okla
Dragonmaine Cattery had its beginning September 1997 with the purchase of our first two Maine Coons - Amigo and Sophie.  Our cat Gandolph had passed away and the house was simply to empty.
Amigo joined our family at the young age of 8 Months old.  He is a Brown Tabby with White, and has quite a personality.  He became a Grand Premier before the age of 1 year.  He enjoys being at the shows, but, most of all he enjoys being at home.
Sophie is a Black and White female.  At the time she joined our family, she was only four months old.   She also became a Grand Premier before the ripe old age of 1 year.  As time went on, we showed both of these wonderful cats, but as the judges finaled Sophie more than Amigo, we let Amigo retire and showed Sophie the next season (1998/1999)
During the 1998/1999 show season Sophie worked very hard.  She became the number 1 Maine Coon Premier in her region.  This was really something for a female to accomplish.  We took Sophie to the 1998 International Show in Kansas City, Missouri.  This is the largest cat show in the United States.  Out of all of the premiers that attended the show, Sophie earned the honor of being the Best Maine Coon Alter and Fourth Best of the Best Longhair Premiers.  As you can tell from her picture, she is really something.  Sophie is now retired and is only put on display at the National Maine Coon Cat Show held in Ft Worth TX each year.
During the time we were showing Sophie, a new little girl joined our family, her name is Daddys One-In-A-Million, better known as Millie.
Millie is a Brown Patched with White Female.  She has earned the title of Champion.  When people see her they think she is a Calico because her colors are so attractive.
One of things that Millie is very good at is making very pretty babies, as you will see in the following pictures.
