Brotherhood meeting minutes
Franklin Science Center Room 357
Called to order by President Ed Murren at 8:07

President-  Just read over the meeting minutes and if there is something reported wrong let Shannon know and she will correct it.

Vice President-  THINK FORM 110's. Event sheets are due too! Please everyone do them and turn them in.

Correspinding Sec.
-   Again those Form 110s. Steph is also going to get CDs and put last years form 110's on them for reference and leave a space for you to work on them. Also put picutures in because it looks better and we get rated higher with pictures.

Parliamentatian- No Report.

Historian- The pledges have their first test tonight after study hours. Also Kendra put some pictures and a paragraph of our history in the yearbook.

Webmaster-  No Internet during the weekend so still trying to update the website.

Service-  Passed around sign in sheets for kennys auction and kings kettle. Arc is on Thursday 6:30-8:30 Dani will email directions. Haunted Hay Ride this Friday and Satuday and Next Friday and Saturday must have at least 6 people to go from 7-10 counts as a long and a short. Every Tuesday 5:30-8:30 can go to the YMCA and take the kids swimming,gym time, snack time counts as a long. Oct 29th Scottland School from 6-8 sponsor a portch and give out candy to the children who are trick or treating. (Field Hockey is doing it)

Finance-  Candle forms are due the 23rd.

Treasurer
-  Dues were sent out on time and he has a list of the people who still need to pay.

Special Events
-  No report.

Recreation
-  No report.

Alumni
-  Special thanks to everyone. Anyone knows Alumni please sign them in. Alumni wants to come to formal Induction.

PR-  Flyers for Make a Difference Day are being made.

Scholarship-  Terry King (celloist) Postponed.  18th - 7:30 Debate red vs. blue Moral debate and 25th - 8:30 CUB Art Of Being Latino

Membership Development
-  Sign in sheets turn them in.

Inner Chapter
-  Talked to the Lady to give our donation to 4 Diamonds going to meet with her on a Monday. New T-shirts will be made for Jello wrestling and it will be $150 for an ad placed on the shirt anything less will be announced at the event or put on the poster. Also looking into splitting the cost/ storage with another school since they are thinking about building a ring too. Anyone with info on Greek President names and Org. let Becky know.

Unfinished Business
-  Keg Race will be Nov. 5th

New Business-  Julia and Michele should get credit for a long and a short for driving our butts. motions passes ( 1-No 8-Abstain 40-Yes)  If anyone wants to buy a businees packet for 20 bucks they sponsor the making of a movie and will have their name credited to the movie and a free DVD of the movie.
