Most Important Items
Requirements Article III, Section 2
Fraternity Requirements:
A. Pay Omicron Chapter Dues;
B. Attend 80% of all general meetings, not including 2 excused absences;
C. Attended a minimum of 2 long and 3 short service projects;
D. Attend 50% of all initiation socials;
E. Attend both Initiation Induction and Formal Induction Ceremonies;
F. Complete at least one fundraiser project each semester;
G. Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA;
H. Serve on at least one committee each semester, not including Initiation Committee or Major Fundraiser Committee;
I. Participate in and attend the Major Fundraiser each spring.

Inactivity and Penalties Article III, Sections 4-5
Voluntary Inactivity:
A. Present a letter to the Recording Secretary by the 2nd gen. meeting;
B. Only allowed for one semester, even for student teachers;
C. Only requirement is paying Dues;
D. Study Abroad students are considered Nationally Inactive;
E. Brothers who are Involuntarily Inactive, excluding for GPA requirement; may not go Voluntarily Inactive the following semester.

Involuntary Inactivity (also referred to as probation):
A. Results from a failure to meet requirements, unless Exec Council absolves brother;
B. Only allowed for two semesters, unless Exec Council decides otherwise;
C. Consists of loss of voting privileges and sitting on Initiation Comm.
Missing Initiation and Formal Induction ceremonies:
A. Due to the severity of the infraction, at the last general meeting, the brotherhood votes by a two-thirds majority on probation or suspension

Officers Article VI, Sections 1,8
A. Except for president, must have been a brother for at least one semester of active membership, not including their semester of initiation. Brothers running for President must have a full year.
B. New officers MUST be able to serve their full term.
Executive Board: All elected Officers
Executive Council: All elected Officers and all Committee Co-chairs
