| Launch of my design for grill arrangement on our casement type window system Date : 6 July 2005, Chennai One of the project in pipeline is now actually come to an end and formally launched along with our product launch at chennai on 6th July 2005. The grill system comprises two profiles in aluminum. These are powder coated to match the color of UPVC profiles or to the painted windows. The steel rods are inserted directly into the holes of specially designed aluminum box profile which is screwed to UPVC window behind. All the details hide behind the cap which fits on the box profile. From outside no details are visible, making it looklike clean and neat. The images below show the final finished window in the exhibition. Features 1. Seperate profile system which can be fitted on existing as well as new system. 2. The grill fitting screws are not easily accessible from outside, hence safer than the grills solutions available in the market. 3. Steel grills are used unlike other UPVC systems, hence more safe. |
