I'm a 21 year-old guy living the military life out here in 29 Palms, CA. I'm stationed aboard the Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) here in the good ol Mojave Desert. For the most part, this place sucks. Absolutely nothing to do. I've heard that some people have found things to do out here, but those are only wildly conceived myths. There really is nothing unless you're willing to drive a minimum of 30 minutes...but then you have to drive at least another 30 min to find something worth doing more than once a month. OK, enough bitching.
I moved out here from Arkansas about three years ago, and I'll finally be leaving here in about 8 mos. I love to play sports (primarily soccer and football), go out with my friends, watch movies, shoot pool, and basically have fun. I do drink, but not all the time. I don't smoke. I have a car. Anything else? Just ask. |

This is my deep emerald green '92 Mustang GT Convertible. I think this car is really neat. It's super keen, daddy-O. No, really. I love this car. I do my best to keep it clean, but the desert has other plans...namingly, making it into a dust depository. Oh, and the leather is getting WRECKED. Needless to say, I'm pissed about that. |
