This was drawn at the Milliscus Frisbee Tournament, and started out as a tear, and then became a pouting character. Yeah, our team lost at the tournament. so that set the mood for the character, and the sailor hat? it was just a hat, but because of the shape, I decided to put the anchor there for fun.
