If, when you drink wine, you think you taste apples, prunes, wood, grass, straw or anything else other than wine...please, don't bother. I have taken wine appreciation courses...and passed them. However, trying to analyze a wine like that takes away from the pure enjoyment of the beverage. As with many other things in our life, some have made drinking wine into a complicated ordeal.
Not here. We shall just enjoy!
