This program is something you can do without knowing, or even using, a computer. It consists of working with HUD/FHA and tracking down people in your area, or even further if you want to make more money, and letting them know of their refund. For this you can get 20%-30% of their refund for yourself. Send me $7 and I will mail you full details and an application for certification to enter the program.
