As a child, Samantha loved video games which centered around shooting onscreen targets with an electronic gun. She developed an amazingly good aim.
Unfortunately, this lead to her developing a fascination with guns. One day, her and some friends managed to obtain an actual gun. Samantha accidentally shot one of her friends in the leg, crippling her for life. Samantha decided right then and there that she would never touch a weapon again.
One day, it was discovered that she had both of the genes necessary to become a psi morph. With great reluctance, she became a psi morph known as Deadeye. She now fights the robot threat as a sniper.
Going back to using a weapon has resulted in Deadeye becoming very depressed. Her efforts to fight her own depression have resulted in her having bipolar disorder. She now tends to feel emotions very strongly, whether those emotions be happiness, excitement, sadness, or anger. She is trying very hard to overcome this problem.
She wears a sniper techpaw which can be used to attack from great distances with great accuracy. Also, her left eye is actually made of psibernetic electronics. It can fire blasts of enertgy (this is how she uses Biological Blaster,) it can zoom in like a scope, and it can even analyze an enemy robot for weak spots (that way, she knows just where to aim in order to cause damage. This is how she uses Hard Hitting.)
