Advice for GMs

Be Fair, but Be Challenging
Remember, your goal as a GM isn't to defeat the players. You players are not your opponents. No, your goal is to provide your players with a fun and challenging experience. Don't put your players up against robots they won't stand a chance against. On the other hand, players usually want an exciting time, so don't make the robots and other dangers too easy either.

Compromise
Even though the GM is basically in charge of the game, this is no excuse for not caring about what your players want. Don't be a tyrant. Try to give your players want they want to a good degree.
Of course, you want to have fun, too. You don't have to be a slave to your players. Do give yourself some of what you want.

Know the Rules Well
Many people who play the role of a GM in an RPG see a GM's ability to change the rules as a excuse to not know the rules. The rules exist for a reson. The GM should be familiar with the rules, and should only change rules after carefully considering why the rule is there, are what the repurcussions of the change will be.

Be Creative
A game of Psi Morphs can consist of so much more than just battling robots. All sorts of exciting and interesting scenarios can be played out. Perhaps during one mission, the players could have to stop some robots from using a massive device to create a humongous hole in the ozone layer. This could involve racing against time, solving puzles to figure out how to counteract the effects of the device, and meeting an NPC scientist witha complex and detailed personality who provides some sort of help for the players. Be creative, and come up with all sorts of daring, dangerous missions for the players to go on, and some cool NPCs for the players to meet.

Be Ready for Spots of Trouble
At times, a campaign might not go well. A player might start complaining loudly, two players might get into an argument, or any number of other things may happen. Be calm, and be a peacemaker. It isn't easy, but it's part of what a GM does. Encourage your players to work through things in a calm and rational manner, and do so while leading by example. Be open to constructive criticism, and encourage players to criticize constructively rather than destructively.

Teach the Players Good Roleplaying Habits
Sometimes, you'll get players who don't treat roleplaying as a team effort, and do things which ruin the game for others. Many of these players have simply never been taught to do otherwise. Don't get angry at those players. Teach them better roleplaying habits.

Remember that it's Just a Game
Please keep in mind that Psi Morphs is just a game. Ultimately, it's just a way to have fun and be creative. It should always be a lower priority than what is important.
