what my soul needs right now is a few good friends

what my soul needs right now is someone who wont judge

what my soul needs right now is to make amends

what my soul needs right now is some love

love I found in him alone

yet holding on is so hard

love I found in a bottle of rum

I wish I didn't start

what I need right now is to vege out

what I need right now is to let it go

what I need right now is to see what loves about

because its only been pseudo love I've ever known

there's a time in your life

where you begin to question

the reasons for the strife

and all the devastation

they make you lean away from god

they make you focus on your self

I need to turn back to my strong hold

and put my fears on the shelf

what my soul needs right now is to make amends

and that can only happen.... with good and strong friends
