Flowers for a friend

I was going to give you flowers
so symbolise being your friend
but flowers die, and that could symbolise the end

I was going give you some jewellery
but that is not even skin deep
you know your beautiful, but there are more criteria to meet

then I thought of perfume
denoting that you smell bad
but thinking bout it, that line was really sad!

So I got you a single flower
just as it begins to hit bloom
'cause that flower is natures symbol of you

you see in all of nature
the flower is the most beautiful of design
as with you, your pretty damn fine

but the reason of the single flower
is its everything in one
its beautiful, entertaining, interesting and fun

I liken you to a flower
your beautiful, to more than just the eye
god designed you thoughtfully, with someone in mind
