The Phoenix Sentinels of Howard County exist to promote the progress, motivation, professional competence, and advancement among its members, and to improve the status of the fire service, through community service, and brotherhood among firefighters. We endeavor to ensure equity of opportunity for each member and must, without question, adopt a campaign of constructive engagement and negotiation with the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services.
Each member, as well as this organization, is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all firefighters (career and volunteer), dispatchers, police and all emergency service personnel and their families.
