Subject to Article 57* of my collective agreement I request you supply me with the following.

1. A copy of my existing , current job description for my incumbent Fishery Officer position along with a copy of the TB-330 form which identifies what points were given for which categories and a copy of the current rationale document that explains why the points were awarded and for which categories.

2. A copy of Organizational chart which shows my position in the Department and whom I report to.
