| This game is simply a masterpiece. It's so creative and in my opinion is just as good as the pc version. This game is about a goverment conspiracy that your charachter and his brother J.C. and Paul Denton find out about, that if not stopped will kill many people. It's not all just about walking in with a rocket launcher and blowing everything up. This game is strategic. Should you go kill th eguy for the password, should you hack the computer, or should you do a deed for someone for it. It's your choice to pick what is right for you. What I mean by that is, if you haven't levelled up your hacking too much then maybe you shouldn't hack the computer. Or if you don't have too much ammo then you shouldn't kill the guy and let everyone come after you. What is cool in the game is you get skills that you have to level up by gaming experiance points by beating parts of the game. Their is such skills as hacking which of course lets you hack. There is Multitool, which every time you level it up it lets you use less multitools to open security locks and such. Their is heavy weapons handling, swimming, medical etc. It's great! There is really cool weapons too like plasma rifles and stuff. Their is so many different kinds of hand weapons like swords, knifes, crowbars, etc. Another cool thing is the augmentation idea. What it is, is there are certain things like augmentations for strength or sight or speed, which makes each one superhuman or very great. If you are stuck in a room with hazardous material and you don't want to die, you can put the augmentation on for speed and tun right across it without getting too much damage. The graphics need some fixing though, and the CPU is pretty stupid, but who cares! With the mixture of the FPS and RPG genre's this game is one of the best on the PS2. |
