Taste of Chelsea Auction

PS 11 Fundraiser

 

 

Dear Friend:

 

 

The PTA of PS 11 in Chelsea is hosting a food and wine tasting event, The Taste of Chelsea, on Friday, May 21, 2004 at Chelsea Market. This event culminates in a live and silent auction featuring generous gifts from the community. It has been a great success in past years and will be again with your help.

 

Please help us to raise money, while promoting your business and skills at an event that attracts hundreds of people from this thriving community. Every penny that we raise from The Taste of Chelsea goes to PS 11. This diverse and dynamic school that serves over 500 children in the heart of Chelsea cannot function without support from its family and fiends.

 

We are looking for donations that can be auctioned at our event including restaurant gift certificates, vacations, tickets to the theater, movies and sporting events, concerts, spas, clothing stores, professional services of all kinds. If you have a service or skill that someone could use we would be happy to have it. Your gift will be featured in our catalogue and promoted to families that live and shop in and around Chelsea.

 

Please attach your own gift certificate, donation letter or merchandise. Your gift is tax deductible and benefits the education and future of the children of PS 11. Thank you for your kindness.
