6-8 Granny Smith apples (or any tart
apple)
4 cinnamon sticks
2 (750ml) bottles vodka
Start with a 2 gallon jar. The kind with a
spigot at the bottom for pouring is the least messy, but
any jar will do. Fill the jar with washed Granny Smith
apples (any tart apple will do) quartered and pitted, but
not peeled. Add cinnamon sticks and then fill with
vodka. With all the apples in the jar it should hold about
1 1/2 quarts. Store the jar for 3 or 4 days at room
temperature and then refrigerate to serve.
Cranberry Margaritas
1 1/4 cup cranberry juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup fresh frozen cranberries,
rinsed
3/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
3/4 cup tequila
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
ice
Pour half of mixture in the blender and fill rest with ice.
Blend. Repeat with second half of mixture. Makes
minimum of two blender batches.
Hot Apple Pie
1 1/2 oz. Tuaca
6 oz. Hot Apple Cider
Served in a footed coffee mug with dollop of
fresh whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkle
Malibu Baked Apple
2 oz. Malibu rum
2-3 oz. heated cranberry juice
2- 3 oz. heated apple juice
Combine in stemmed mug.Top with whipped
cream (optional).
Maple Leaf Martini
1 oz. Stoli orange
1/2 oz. Stoli Vanilla
1/2 oz. Cointreau
splash of orange juice
tad of cream
Shake and served chilled with an orange
slice to compliment .
Orange Cocoa Martini
1 tbs cocoa powder
2 oz Absolut Mandarin Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
orange peel
Place cocoa on a small flat plate. Moisten
rim of martini glass with water or vodka and dip rim into
cocoa. Set glass aside (preferably in a refrigerator or
freezer). Pour vodka and Cointreau over ice. Shake well.
Strain liquid into cocoa-rimmed glass. Float orange peel
in the glass.
Pilgrim's Punch
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup dried apricots
1 bottle grappa
In a large airtight container, combine grappa with dried
cranberries and dried apricots. Let sit 2 weeks at room
temperature. Serve over ice.
Pumpkin Martini
Skyy Pumpkin Infused Vodka
Cointreau
Ice
Swirl Cointreau in a martini glass, then
dump out. Shake Pumpkin Vodka and Ice
Strain into martini glass rimmed with pumpkin pie spice.
Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon stick.
Red Hat
2 oz Bacardi Light Rum
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Hiram Walker Black Raspberry
dash ginger ale
fill Crystal Geyser Brand Wildberry
Natural Juice
Pour rum, lime juice and black raspberry liqueur over ice
in a highball glass and stir with an attractive swizzle
stick. Add dash of ginger ale and top off with the Crystal
Geyser Wildberry juice. Garnish with lime slice or take
fresh raspberries and spear them through with a plastic
bar sword into lime slice.
Candy Apple
2 oz. Applejack Brandy
1/2 oz. Malibu
Touch grenadine
Pour into a cocktail shaker or large glass with ice. Stir gently and serve in rocks glass over ice.
Candyshot
1 part of your favorite Candyshot syrup
4 parts of your favorite vodka
Mix well with ice. Strain and serve in a well chilled shot glass or cocktail glass.
Gummy Bear
1oz Malibu or Parrot Bay
1/4oz Chambord
pineapple juice
cranberry juice
Fill glass with ice and layer liquers. Add equal amounts juice and shake gently.
Monkey Brains
3/4 oz. red Curacao
3/4 oz. Bailey's
Fill a small shot glass with the red curracuo then simply pour in the baileys over the back of a spoon.
Orange Devil
1 oz. cherry liquor
1 oz. Malibu
1 oz. Bacardi
pinapple juice or orange juice
Combine liqueurs in tall rocks glass with ice. Fill with pineapple or orange juice, whichever you prefer. You could add alot of juice to get less alcohol per glass, but everyone likes it different. I usually serve it with a can of juice it's not cheap but it's really tasty.
Rotten Apple
1/2 oz Bad Apfel sour apple schnapps
1/2 oz 7Up, Sprite or other colorless soda
Pour both ingredients over ice in a large tumbler glass, stir and top with slice of green apple.
Soylent Green
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 oz. blue curacao
4 oz orange juice
Pour ingredients into collins glass with ice.
Spankin'
1/4 oz Captain Morgan's rum
1/4 oz Malibu
1/4 oz peach schnapps
1/4 oz orange juice
1/4 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz grenadine
Chill and shake all the ingrediants except the grenadine. Pour into shot glass then add grenadine and let drip to bottom.
Toxic Waste
1 oz Midori
1 1/2 oz gin or vodka
Mountain Dew
Pour alcohols over ice and fill with Mountain Dew. This is best served in a frosted highball.
Witch's Brew
15ml vodka
15ml Midori
10ml pineapple juice
10ml lime juice
10ml lemon juice
ice
float lemonade
Mix all ingredients except the lemonade. Stir and add into a ballon or goblet glass and top with lemonade
Wyooter Hooter
1 oz Tennessee Whiskey
3 oz Sprite
dash grenadine
Serve over ice in rocks glass.
Zombie
1 oz Apricot Brandy
1 oz light or puerto-rican rum
1 oz dark or jamaican rum
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz lime juice
dashes grenadine
orange juice
1 oz 151
In a cocktail shaker, mix light & dark rums and brandy. Add lemon and lime juice and dashes grenadine. Shake well and strain into a higball glass filled with ice. Fill glass with orange juice leaving room to float 1 oz of 151. Garnish with cherry, orange slice, pinapple wedge.
Tennessee-Style
Apple Cherry Liqueur
6 (16 oz) cans tart red cherries
2 fresh apples
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups Tennessee Whiskey
Drain and pit cherries. Core and quarter apples with skin.
Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart glass jar. Stir and
cover. Place in a cool, dark place for at least 8 weeks.
Stir daily or several times a week. Strain before serving.
Serve in liqueur glasses.
Autumn Sunset
1 tsp. minced pumpkin puree
1 oz. brandy
� oz. Calvados
2 oz. apple juice
? oz. grenadine
splash soda
garnish cinnamon stick
Put all ingredients except grenadine and cinnamon stick
into cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and pour into a
tall martini glass. After pouring, drizzle grenadine on top
so it falls to the bottom of the glass to create the effect
of an "autumn sunset."
Autumn Toast
1� oz vodka
1 oz Nocello
? oz dark creme de cacao
Chill and strain. Served in an up glass with
a cinnamon stick garnish.
Autumn Twist
1 1/4 oz. Calvados or Apple Schnapps

Combine ingredients in a mug. Top with
whipped cream then sprinkle with nutmeg

The Golden Apple
