Mount Slesse and the Crash of TCA flight 810 |

Where to begin? I have been collecting notes, files, documents and pictures of this dramatic event. It is a part of Canadian history which is slowly disappearing from the minds of many people. I have been to the site and have a great deal of respect for the 59 passengers and 3 crew members who where on board the four engine DC- 4 Douglas North Star. The whole area at the base of this beautiful mountain is now a memorial and a cemetary. My main goal with this page is to put forth all the accurate information which has been collected and verified. Having found little on the 'net' or in the archives the whole investigation got my curiousity. If you have any information which I may have missed ( which can be verified) please e-mail me. |
