•A Day in the Life•

I know everyone has these pages about little things that go on in their lives everyday, but I decided that I need one, too. Maybe, just maybe, you'll read this & actually be amused by what it says. Most likely, you'll flee after reading the first entry. (Oh, & remember to start at the bottom of this page & read up. I hope that you'd be able to figure that out on your own, but I thought that I'd just reinforce the idea.)

Friday the 27th of November: Yesterday was Thanksgiving. I love Thanksgiving. It's just a good holiday. I think the stuffing is what makes it so great. I love stuffing. There was no scalloped corn, though. I'm a big fan of that, too. What's Thanksgiving without scalloped corn? I think I was suffering from withdrawl yesterday. I'm OK today. I found out that my cousin likes good music last night, too. I've known him for almost 17 years now, and I always thought he listened to only pop & Christian. (Not that there's anything wrong with Christian. Besides the fact that all Christian bands sound just like other real bands.) Anyway, I found out that he likes Creed and Pearl Jam and the like, so I was pretty darn impressed. (Almost makes up for the lack of scalloped corn.) Oh, he also scanned his face on my other cousin's scanner, but he wouldn't let me put it anywhere on my page. It was funny. You would have enjoyed it, let me tell you.

Thursday the 19th of November: This is even less important than my first entry, but I need something to write about, so...There's this substitute teacher at my school who we think looks like a troll. His name is Mr. Crawford, but we lovingly refer to him as "Slow Man". He's just very...slow. He goes out to his car & takes cigarette breaks between every class. It's kind of funny. Tracey, my best friend, thinks that he looks like the buggy alien from Men in Black. You know, the one who needs sugar water to survive. I agree with her. I noticed today that he's missing a tooth. I had never noticed that before. Also, his hearing isn't all that great. I kind of feel sorry for him. He's not like nice or anything, but I somehow feel sorry for the little man. (I'm just nice that way, you know.) Well, I think that's all for today. This was a very productive entry, yes?

Friday the 13th of November: (What an appropriate day to start on, eh?) Today was an exciting day at school. My school's football team made it to the playoffs for the first time in, like, 800 years, so we were all pretty darn anxious for the first playoff game tonight. We were also all wearing the exact same playoff shirt that was made to support the guys. Talk about scary conformity. The halls were all decorated with streamers & whatnot. With all of the stuff hanging from the ceiling, I felt really tall today. That was nice. (Bet you wanted to know that, didn't you? I knew it.) Anyway, I had to take this crazy Honors Algebra III test 1st period, but since I didn't quite finish it during class time (hey, genius takes time, my friends), I had to come back 6th period to finish it up. That just happens to be the same period that my future husband has his math class, so I was more than happy to come in. My teacher handed me my unfinished test & pointed out an empty seat to me...one that was quite near my future husband. I just happened to look over at him (while I was meticulously working out Algebra problems, of course...yeah, right), & noticed that he had sideburns, something that I've never noticed before. I kept studying him & realized that the sideburns were fake. They weren't like hair that he had glued on, either. He or someone else had drawn them on. I mean, they were really well done, but come on. Who has fake sideburns? Honestly, friends...Hey, Steve!
