I'm not sure how to prepare you for what lies ahead. Some will love it. Some will despise it. Some will despise me for amusing myself with it. It's not the least bit practical. It won't teach you to make pancakes or falafel or even gefilte fish. But it will teach you about the wonder that is The Katie™. Simply put, this site is an elephantine cesspool of self-indulgence.
