Quidditch Tips

Quidditch is easy to understand though it is not so easy to play. There are seven players in one team and there are four balls in a game of Quidditch. Three of the players are called Chasers who play with a quaffle, that is the big red ball. Chasers have to throw the quaffle into the fifty feet hoops. Every time they score they earn their team ten points. The fourth player in the team is called a keeper. The keeper is supposed to circle around the goalposts and prevent the other team from scoring. The fifth and sixth player of the team are called beaters, who are supposed to prevent any of the bludgers, that is the iron balls from hitting any of their team members. The last player is called a seeker. He is the most important player in a team. A seeker is supposed to catch the golden snitch, the small ball which is a little difficult as the snitch is very difficult to catch and more difficult to see. A game of quidditch ends only when the snitch is caught which is why seekers are fouled so much. It also awards the the team of the seeker who caught it an extra 150 points and they almost always win.
