Albus dumbledore- Albus Dumbledore is currently headmaster of Hogwarts school of witch craft and wizardry. Considered by many the greatest wizard of modern times, Professor Dumbledore is particularly famous for his defeat of the dark wizard Grindelwald in 1945, for the discovery of the twelve uses of dragon blood and his work on alchemy with his patner, Nicholas Flamel. Professor Dumbledore enjoys chamber music and tenpin bowling.

Professor Mc Gonagall - Professor Mc Gonagall currently teaches transfiguration in Hogwarts. She is deputy headmistress of Hogwarts and head of Gryffindor house. She is known to be strict an impartial. she always wears a green tartan and never leaves her hair loose.

Professor Snape-Professor Snape teachesPotions at Hogwarts. His hair is oily and greasy. Snape hates and is hated by all students except the Slytherins. As he is head of slytherin he is partial to students in it. He has passions for quidditch and giving detentions to Harry.

Professor Sprout -Professor Sprout teaches Herbology at Hogwarts. She is the head of Hufflepuff House and has a clean record. She is liked by all students but did not like harry a lot when harry became second triwizard champion from Hogwarts and stole the hufflepuff champion glory ,she did not like him much.

Professor Binns - Professor Binns is the only ghost who teaches at Hogwarts. He teaches the History of magic. The students (including Harry, Ron and Hermione) think it is amazing that he can make bloody Goblin riots sound as boring as Percy's cauldron bottom report. It is very extra-ordinary that you can see any raised hand in his class.

Professor Trewanley - Professor Trewanley is a thin witch who teaches Divination at Hogwarts. She lives at the top of North Tower and says that if she continuously climbs up and down it disturbs her inner eye. She has hardly made any real predictions and Harry thinks she is a fraud. She finds it amusing in predicting harry's death once or twice a day.

Professor Quirrel - A small stuttering teacher who taught Defence against dark arts in Harry's First year at Hogwarts. He wears a turban at all times and his classroom smells strongly of garlic. He tried to help Voldemort get the socerers stone but died in the process.

Professor Lockhart - Professor Lockhart taught defence against dark arts in Harry's second year at hogwarts. He has won all the girls hearts by writing his brave deeds in his books. Actually, the truth is that none of these brave deeds have been done by him.Other witches and wizards did these brave deeds to save either themselves or others. Lockhart thinks you should be handsome to do any brave things like killing werewolves and giants. So he erased the memories of the wizards and witches who did brave things and put his name in their place. He also thinks that he is much more popular than Harry Potter,The boy who lived.

Professor Lupin - A thin and shabbily dressed teacher who taught Harry in his third year.He is a school friend of of James Potter(Harry's father) and Sirius Black(Harry's Godfather). His classes are fun and much better than the ones of Quirrel and Lockhart. Lupin has a very big secret which he dreads. He is a werewolf.

Professor Moody - So far Moody has taught Defence against Dark Arts in his fourth year. He has a bizarre appearance . A face full of scars, a wooden leg and the weirdest a blue eye much bigger than the normal one that sometimes goes to the back of his head and one that can see through wood and invisibility cloaks. He is an Auror ( a dark wizard catcher). Half the cells in Azkhaban(wizard Prison) are full because of him. He is also Dumbledore's very good friend.
