Description of Persona: O'jered's long and sculptured face is framed by rich shoulder-length brown hair. He is tall, standing at 6'3" and leaning only slightly to the lanky side. He is well muscled and toned. The term 'beautiful' could indeed be applied to him save for one flaw: an ugly scar that crosses his left temple and is strangely offset by calm blue eyes. He prefers nice clothing, dressing sharply on most occasion. What would be considered dress clothes to others are his typical fashion.

O'jered is an intense individual. His old snobbish tendencies do tend to show themselves at times, but he is very passionate about riding and life in general and tries to be a considerate man. He is also something of a work-a-holic. It is far more common for him to be forced into taking a break than for him to take one willingly.

Brief History of Persona: The first son of a very minor Keroon holder, Oljered was raised as though he were to inherit the title of Lord. The boy grew up quite spoiled and snobbish because of it. He had a pampered youth and was never expected to do anything but command drudges. When he was searched at 15, his father was upset, but Jered wouldn't hear of not standing - it was his right and he was stubborn, so he got his way. His father was enraged when the boy actually impressed even if it was to the first dragon of the clutch, bronze Baijanth.

Over the subsequent years, O'jered distanced himself from his family and settled into life as a rider. Baijanth was a rather calming influence on him and helped smooth out Jered's rougher spots. After turns of fighting and holding various ranks at Keroon, the pair is well honed, those rough spots rubbed even smoother. They've just recently been sent south to fill out the ranks of Dark Ridge Weyr, being promoted to Quartz Wingleader in the process.
