Description of Persona: Gylerm is like to be median, an average guy. Gylerm is never going to be extremely tall or extremely short. This young lad has black hair that is never the shortest in the weyr but isn't as long as most. He likes to keep his muscles well-toned but isn't as muscular as some muscle-heads. He isn't as then as hide but not large and chubby. Gylerm is just somewhere in the middle. The only thing that can be used to distinguish him is his black hair and his blue eyes. He stays out of trouble and never got involved in fights because he never voiced his opinion. Gylerm was always scared of ridicule for saying something that might anger someone. The most unique thing about him is his face. Crossing from above his left eye to below is a bunch scars. Along with his scaring, he is rendered disabled. Usually perched on his shoulder is at least one of his fire-lizards.

Brief History of Persona: Gylerm was born from a queen's flight in the South. He was fostered to another family within the weyr, so he was never to far from home. He loved dragons and had his heart set on Impression. All he waited for were the Turns needed to be of age to stand. He was excited by the time he was eight Turns, only a year away from beable to Impress. But half way through his eighth Turn an accident occurred. Gylerm was out on a hunting trip with his foster father and brother. They were far from home, but is was worth the wonderful herdbeast those lands were known for. The trip was excellent until their hunting party was attacked by wild felines. Luckily, a sweeprider was flying patrol and caught sight of the danger and the men were saved from the dangerous felines. However, not before Gylerm was scarred by a feline across his face and his eye. His eye looked perfectly normal after healing, but in reality, he was diagnosed blind in that eye, meaning his depth precision was lost. His hopes of Impression were washed away in one day. He lived the next few Turn trying to live his life disabled. Near the end of eight Turns later, his foster family gave him a Turnover gift, a firelizard egg. They hatched green Roja. With intense training, Gylerm was able to train the fire-lizard to stay with him at all times. She constantly acted as "extra eye" and he was finally able to walk fairly well for the first time in eight Turns. His hopes of becoming a dragonrider were diminished and now he dreamed of finding a job where his disability didn't matter. So he decided to take up the Wine Craft where only his taste buds were needed. He was actually very skilled as a Vinter and soon reached Journeyman rank.
