Chapter Six- 'Voulez-Vous
Couchez Avec Moi Ce Soir?'
Isaac woke to see a messy bedroom. Did he forget to clean his room last night? Or last month? Wait, there was something different about it. It wasn't his. A hotel maybe? Trying to keep up with which bedroom he stayed in last night was hard. (Oh, doesn't that just sound a little dirty?) Nope, something told him it was not a hotel room. Then he rolled over to see somebody else. Melissa.
Ike's mind was foggy for a second, then a huge smile crept up on his lips. Melissa, his girlfriend Melissa. His best girlfriend Melissa. His first (that counted) night Melissa.. Oh he was grinning now.
"Hey Baby." She mumbled as she woke up. "What you so happy about?"
Isaac kissed her on the forehead. "Last night."
"You're welcome, that'll be eighty dollars." She held out her hand. Isaac just kissed her hand. "Mmm, here's your change..."
Melissa kissed him deeply, then felt incredible hungry...
"Ow!" Isaac pulled back.
"Sorry, I bite. Didn't mean to."
"Yeah, you kinky woman."
She raised an eyebrow. "Are you suggesting I'm kinky?"
"And how! But I like it."
She kissed him again. "Good. What's the time?" She rummaged around for her watch on the dresser. "Holy... Dammit, I've got to get to work, like, half an hour ago."
"No, tell them you're sick." He said in a whinny voice. "Come on, I'll make it worth your while." Isaac said jokingly as she got dressed.
"I would love to be in bed with you for as long as we can stand eachother, which, I might add, will be at least five gazillion years, or until we need some more condoms, but I've had so many sick days they have a bet on what my next disease will be."
"Hopefully they weren't all for this reason."
"Nope, this is the first hornyitus case. Are you gonna get dressed?" Isaac shrugged.
"I'm in no hurry."
"Well I am. But if you have to stay and relish in the fact that you got lucky, be my guest. I have no reason to suspect you."
"Why? Cuz we share a bed?"
"No, because you're rich."
"Not my fault. I'm just so damn hot." She bopped him on the head while putting on her boots.
"Yeah, I'm sure that's why you get money. Then I'd be a multi-billionaire, right?"
"Hell, you'll have your own trillion-dollar bill printed out." She grinned.
She kissed him hard before grabbing her bag. "Don't eat everything in the house, the neighbours hate my music any louder than half the volume and my guitar is playable if you want to but worth thousands." Isaac burst out laughing. "What?"
"You sound like a mother!" She bopped him again.
"Then be a good little boy and kiss me goodbye." He did so and she left.
As soon as she did Ike let himself fall asleep again. As late as his nights may get, he always had to get up at no earlier than eleven, no later than twelve on an off-work day. Plus last night was enough to tire out anyone...
"Move over!" Zac yelled as he and Tay tried to occupy the sofa together.
"Oh, you have plenty of room!"
"Move your fat ass before I kill you!"
"Make me!"
"I'll make you!"
"Yeah right Worm Boy!"
"Right, prepare to meet your..."
"Hiya everyone!" Isaac strolled in after slamming the door that stopped the fight.
"Hey. You had fun?" Tay asked, grinning.
"Oh, same old, same old." Isaac said, shrugging as he sat down.
"Yeah, whatever." Tay winked.
"What's that supposed to mean?!"
"I'm sure." Tay said with an evil smirk. Isaac stared at Zac. Zac put on his innocent-looking, 'how dare you accuse me!' face.
"What? I didn't say anything!"
"Yeah right! Last time I trust you with anything!" Zac giggled.
Taylor was too excited to notice the bickering. "So, our little Ikey-Pooh is now a man!"
You're a little late for that, Ike thought to himself. But he wasn't about to correct his brother.
Taylor flopped down next to his brother. "How was she?"
"I'm refusing to answer." Taylor laughed evilly as he pinned his red-faced brother to the sofa.
"You're not going nowhere! I wanna know every single little detail, not missing out a single breath!" Zac groaned as he got up.
"If you two have to, I'm going to slam my head against as many hard objects I can manage. There is no way I want to know this!"
"What? That's how you got here!" Taylor yelled.
"Ewww! Don't remind me!" Zac walked out the room, totally grossed out.
Taylor was enjoying this. He smiled wickedly. "Is she hot under the black clothes?"
"Grow up." Ike said back at him.
Taylor giggled. "No come on! How many times?"
"I'm not only never telling you, I'm going to personally kill you James Bond meets Silence Of The Lambs meets Seven meets Reservoir Dogs meets Pulp Fiction style if even one word passes these lips!" Isaac pushed Tay away and walked out the room.
Taylor waited. "One, two, three..."
"Three times." Isaac said, grinning wickedly, then left again. Tay left his mouth open for a second. He knew Ike couldn't resist to gloat, just every now and then.
"Salute!"
Like he could blame him...
Isaac walked in the bedroom to see Zac reading.
"Hiya." Isaac sat next to his brother. Zac waved a finger a little to show he recognised his existence in the room. "You like that book?"
"Ike, I know you're as happy as a clam right now, but, I just don't wanna know." Zac said that a little too annoyed.
"Who said I wanted to talk to you about it?!"
Zac looked up, closed the book with his finger in a certain page and sighed. If only he wore glasses, then he could take them out and pocket them in a very mature fashion to complete his 'serious look'. "Ike, I understand completely that you love her, heck I dragged you over there to tell her, but I'm still in the 'if I hear about sex one more time I'll scream' stage. So, please, leave it."
"I don't wanna tell you anyway! I fought away from Tay so I could get away from the third degree. This is between me and Melissa."
Zac stared at him in awe. "I'm impressed."
"About what?"
"You! You're not jumping up and down saying 'I did it, I did it' like I thought you'd be like. In which case I thank you."
"Since when did you get so mature and levelheaded?"
Zac smiled, going a little pinker in the cheeks. "Well seeing as you're suddenly grown-up I thought I might be it also. Plus I've been watching Dawson's Creek all this morning."
"You like Jen?" Ike grinned.
Zac went a little more red. "Andy." Ike put his arm around his pod-person like brother.
"Ah, my little buddy is growing up."
"Whatever man, I just like being the mature one once in a while. Taylor aint the only library-worm around here, you know."
"What you reading anyway?" Isaac look at the cover. "Dacular?"
Zac shrugged. "Mikey let me borrow it. I thought it would be cool to read a horror classic."
"Personally I like Buffy better. They actually have good vampires who are misunderstood." Zac smiled.
"And for Sarah-Michelle."
It was Ike's turn to turn red. "Yes, and for Sarah. Just don't tell Melissa that."
"She likes Oz anyway, so, I wouldn't worry." He gave Zac a funny look. "Oh come on, she is so obvious."
"Huh, I was wondering what that look was for when we watched it." Zac grinned.
"You two are just as hopeless as eachother, don't worry."
"Coming from this conversation I'll take that as a compliment. Thanks."
"My pleasure. You can talk about how you're both big losers to eachother. The romance is bubbling now!" Zac said that a little too sarcastically.
"You didn't see us last night then..." Zac put his hands on his ears and buried his face in his pillow. "Come back up! I'm joking!" Ike pulled his brother up.
"Don't, just, don't Ike." Zac said, pretending to be traumatised. "You can talk about kissing her and how cute she is by all means. But if you mention anything to do with a bed I'm running and jumping."
"Now, what if we do it somewhere other than in a bed?" Isaac asked thoughtfully. Zac buried his face again. "Sorry, come here!"
"Ike, no! Control your hormones!" Zac hit his brother round the back of his head. Ike grinned, laying down on the bed.
"I'm really happy you know." Zac laid next to him.
"You should be. Just without Mom in the room."
"But I bet I'm not her best." Zac gave him a weird look. "Oh come on! I bet that Connar ex-boyfriend she loved so much was better for her than me any day of the week."
"I dunno, you'll have to ask."
"I can't! Nope, I'll just have to make sure I win, Okay?" Zac groaned.
"Shutup Ike and lemmie read."
"Best night in years." Melissa said to Carise as she made a few drinks at the bar.
"You're kidding!"
"Nuh-uh! Do I look like I'm joking?"
"Nope, it looks like you were sleeping with a coat-hanger in your mouth." Melissa grinned. Well, even harder.
"Exactly. He was really, well, there was a lot of heat."
"Did you find out about the myth of guitarists knowing how to use their hands..."
"Totally true!" Carise smiled and rung up the till. "And you said I couldn't do it."
"Do what?"
"You know! Get the most innocent guy in the world in bed with me." Carise laughed.
"And he wins by a long-shot. Okay, we have to celebrate. You wanna go out tonight to the best clubs? Not for the music but it'll be cool. I'm already rounding up the guys."
"Sure. You do realise Ike's coming."
"Oh yeah, bring him on. I wanna know if you're for real anyway."
"Sure Hon."
"And get him to wear more 'us' clothes, for shits and giggles, of course."
"Of course." Melissa agreed.
"So then it's set. I can't wait to tell the guys, they'll flip."
"You set, I'll spike."
"As always." Melissa smiled and continued on her day as a very happy bunny...
