Re: Further confirmation of the corrupt nature of Dr. Brent Waters

With reference to my recent correspondence, please find attached two documents that would appear to confirm the corrupt nature of Dr. Waters.

The first document is a three-page paper that Dr. Waters presented to a Family Law seminar in late 1999.

I would like to draw your attention to the final paragraph on page three.

In this paragraph, Dr. Waters claims that only a psychiatrist who has seen both parents is in a position to make a determination to the Court regarding the best interests of the child(ren).

In the second attached document, a transcript of a radio programme discusses how, a few months later, Dr. Waters flew all the way to Perth to act a private consultant to a father in Family Court proceedings.

The mother and eldest daughter were alleging child sex abuse.

Without interviewing the mother, Dr. Waters dismissed any abuse allegations and recommended that the father gain custody of the two youngest daughters.

The Family Court agreed, in the process overriding its own appointed investigator, (who had interviewed both parents) who made the judgement that it was not possible to determine whether the abuse allegations were true or not.

You may notice from the radio transcript that the mother was "allowed" to appeal. However that subsequent appeal was unsuccessful and the girls remained with the father.

None of this is in dispute as the full trial details were loaded on the Internet by the Family Court for "training purposes".
