Senator Kerry Nettle 28 March 2004 Parliament House Canberra Australia ACT 2600

Dear Senator Nettle,

Re: Enclosed correspondence regarding sex abuse of my son

I am writing to you as someone who is a green politician although the issue is not directly related to green issues.

However, it is my belief that a green politician would be more likely to be concerned about the issues in hand and more sophisticated in being able to see through the murky depths of obfuscation and deception that have occurred in this case.

This most especially relates to my son's mothers' counter allegations that have been secretly used against me without any recourse available to me.

The nature of child sex abuse allegations are always, necessarily, distressing and ugly.

The nature of the mother's counter allegations are ugly.

However, as we are talking about innocent children, such ugliness should not be a barrier to a civilised society taking every step to combat abuse.

I have to point out that the enclosed correspondence cannot be regarded in any way as fully comprehensive. I can only refer to the press article from The Australian (copy attached) as giving an indication of the forces that I have come up against.

If you wish to speak to me personally, I am available at anytime on the above number.

Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

Yours sincerely,

Pierre Royan .

CC. Senator Bob Brown
