D.I.A Mission Statement:

• The DIA is Dedicated to Educating and Enlightening the public on what a dandy  is, what a dandy does, and why a dandy does it.  I hope by viewing this page you will be much more knowledgeable of the dandy culture.

• To first understand a dandy one must start by reading the Dandy Theory published by Dr. Jon Anderson.

• One must also remember that, not just anyone can be a dandy.   Dandies are born not made, as the dandy theory states one must posses the dandy gene before one can be a dandy.  This does not mean that since one is not a dandy he can not be a dandy.  One may contain the dandy gene, but may surpress the dandiness within him by cloaking their dandiness with choadness. To understand the choad one must first read the Choad Theory published by Dr. Jon Anderson (Boy Dandy).  I warn all those that are new to the dandy culture do not be fooled by wanna be dandies, aka choades. 

• A choad- A choad is one who tries to surpress dandy hood.  You can find choades all over the world.  When ever numbers of choads congregate in a centralized location this location becomes none as choadville.  Choadvilles are common thourgh out all of the world.  Beware of Choads and Choadvilles, They can be very harmful to dandiness!!

• Signs of Choadhood.  Passing out before 3:00 a.m.  Choads often stomach their beer as would an 8 year old catholic school girl would.  Choad have the ability to Convey the most mindless, witless, most senseless remarks, without exerting a speck of energy.  A dandies' first instinct when faced with a choad is to Pummel the ever living shit out of them. I in my utmost professional opinion urge all dandies to comply with their gut feeling on this matter.

• Dr. Stein has came up with these findings on choads so that inexperienced dandies can recognize a choad.  These are some early signs of Choadhood.
