Providence Realty Ltd. is a locally owned and operated business. We started building homes in the Clarenville Area in 1988. In 1995, we decided to expand our business to St. John's and the surrounding areas. Our first project in St. John's was Vista Park. We have since completed Phase 1 and 2 which consisted of about 100 homes. Since then, we have built and sold 160 homes.
We pride ourselves on the fact that our homes are supplied and constructed with LOCALLY purchased materials.
We became a member of the Atlantic Home Warranty Program in 1995. |
