First of all, I'm Apostolic. I believe in the Holy Ghost and Jesus Name baptism. Contrary to what many believe, living for Jesus is wonderful. Jesus saved me and filled me with the Holy Ghost when I was 11. I have been living for Him ever since. Many people seem to think that God is some harsh king way up high that doesn't have time to listen to your needs. I can tell you from experience that He's not like that at all. With storms all around, He's my peace, a rock of refuge. Someone I can talk to, and confide in. Someone that understands, that heals the hurts, and soothes the pain. Someone that can brighten the darkest of days, and give true joy. Someone that forgives, when I fail to be totally true. Someone that's unimagineably merciful. Somone that can take away unsatisfation with earthly things, and fill the void. Someone that can lift up, and encourage. Someone that's stable, never changes, in the midst of this troubled world. Someone that's always true. Someone that's always there. Someone that's begging you to come to Him, lay all your cares on His shoulder, and let Him take control in your life. |
