Parts Needed For R & D
Below is a brief description and list of vehicle suspension components needed by Prothane for research and development of the 86-89 Honda Accord. Only one side of vehicle component is needed for each part listed below
Front
Upper Control Arm- Complete assembly including ball joint and all mounting hardware
Lower Control Arm- Complete assembly including ball joint
Strut Rod- Rod attached to the chassis at the front and the lower c-arm at the rear. Complete assembly  
                including bushings, washers, sleeves, and nuts.
Sway Bar Bushings- Mounts sway bar to chassis. Need bushing and mounting bracket.
Sway Bar Endlinks- Mounts sway bar ends to lower control arm. Need complete assembly.
Coil-Over Shock- Front shock and coil assembly including upper strut mount.
Rack and Pinion- Front steering rack assembly.
Shifter Bushings- Shifter linkage bushings at the transmission and the underbody.
Engine Mounts- Complete set of original engine mounts from manual transmission car.
Rear
Upper Control Arm- Complete assembly with ball joint and shaft.
Lower Control Arms- Two lower arms, 1 short, 1 long, attaching the spindle upright to the chassis.
Trailing Arm- Largest arm attached to the chassis at the front and the upright at the rear.
Sway Bar Bushings- Mounts sway bar to chassis. Need bushing and mounting bracket.
Sway Bar Endlinks- Mounts sway bar ends to lower control arms. Need complete assembly.
Spindle Upright- Large metal casting that wheel attaches to(has lower shock bushing in it).
Coil-Over Shock- Rear shock and coil assembly including upper strut mount.
Required for initial research Optional parts may be needed at a later date
