The Proteus 4.0 Micro-Cat
Proteus 4.0 Specifications:
The Proteus is a small 4.0m (13.5 ft.) sailing performance catamaran designed by Bruce Yager of Albuquerque, New Mexico U.S.A.  She is very fast, lightweight, and inexpensive to build!

The purpose of this web page is to provide an online archive of how she was designed and built in an easy to understand process using text explanations, CAD diagrams and photos of the entire building process. I have found boatbuilding to be a very satisfying hobby & I am hoping this site can provide some insight into the process for fellow catamaran enthusiasts and boatbuilders.
