Acts 13:44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to

hear the word of God.

13:45 But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy,

and spake against those things which were spoken by Paul,

contradicting and blaspheming.

13:46 Then Paul and Barnabas waxed bold, and said, It was necessary

that the word of God should first have been spoken to you: but

seeing ye put it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of

everlasting life, lo, we turn to the Gentiles.

Rom. 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as

touching the election, they are beloved for the fatherís sakes.

11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

11:30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now

obtained mercy through their unbelief:

11:31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy

they also may obtain mercy.

11:32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have

mercy upon all.
