Protective Agent twelve (12) Hour Pre-assignment Course
Course Cost per person                                 
12 hour training course                                    One hundred ($100.00) dollars
1. Courses can be scheduled for one or two days. For the two (2) day course training class hours will be set according to individual Company needs. For a one (1) day course the course times will be 9am to 9pm, (0900-2100hrs).

2. Students are to arrive on time and be in full uniform and equipment for the training course.

3. Payment will be made infull upon signing the class roster at the beginning of the class. NO student will be allowed to remain in the class if payment is not made infull at this time or arrangements have not been made with the Company sending the Officer to the course.

4. Payment may be made only with a cashiers check, money order or cash. Payment must be made at the beginning of the course no exceptions. Company checks will be accepted with prior arragements with PRTA instructor. All checks, cashiers checks or money orders are to be made out to Jim Owens.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. (Unfortunately we were forced to make this a Company Policy.)
Additional Travel Expenses, fuel and lodging, will apply for Instructors traveling  to your location. (fuel at $.35cents per mile) Accommodations if over night stay is required, and will be charged accordingly.
