Initially the company produced 30 metric tons per month of polyester dyed yarn. With the acquisition of new machineries we are able to dye all types of yarn and customize it to specific colors needed by the client.
Our valued clients use polyester dyed yarn in manufacturing elastic narrow fabrics, woven labels and woven checkered fabrics. Nylon and acrylic yarn are used mainly in the manufacturing of socks and knitted fabrics. Cotton and its blends are used in the knitting of fabrics and garments.
Our clients are both from the domestic and export manufacturing sectors. The company has a work force of 150 employees on 24 hour workshifts from Monday to Saturday. At present our monthly production capacity or output is about 100 tons. The company is also aiming to increase our production capacity up to 200 metric tons per month in two years time.
