Here in yon shady meadows far beyond the hustle and bustle of Geocities® dwells the cow beloved to all who know her, Manura. Some may ask, "Why Manura for a patron saint?" Well, in a few simple paragraphs, I'll tell you why.

Once upon a time, back when this web page was only in its abstract form, (i.e., in the brain of yours truly) I was encountered by a virus of a paralysing sort. Just as I was being sucked into the black hole of cyberspace, who should come galloping to my rescue but a dashing young cow--you guessed it, Manura! In exchange for her services rendered, (she COMPLETELY destroyed the incoming fiend in a single blow!) I promised her a refuge where she could be safe from the villians of the Internet. So here she is, on a humble page at Geocities®, where she is afforded asylum and in return, honest guv, she protects me and mine from viruses! (I sincerely recommend all of you out there to consider getting yourself a cow as well...they're marvellous for the cultivation of fertile imaginations! And low cost too...I got mine for free but all you other losers can procure yours for less than £5000/$7500 plus shipping, handling, and mucking! It's really a bargain not to be passed up!)
