A Year Through The Eyes was my first completed poetry book. It was written within one year, spanning from April 6th of 2000 to April 6th of 2001. It consists of 74 poems, however not all of them are made public. This is not because they are too personal really but more because I just simply do not like them. When I wrote this book I was still getting in the hang of writing poetry and learning how to differentiate between my poetry and my rapping. Some of the earlier poems especially sound more like verses to a song instead pieces of poetry that can stand alone. |
