I used to love WWF when I was younger, back from 1992-1997 or so, you know, I used to want to be a wrestler. We'd have wrestling matches in the backyard, create characters, have theme music, everything. I had a lot of favorites over the years but one always stuck out, Shawn Michaels. Even when I didn't like him, back when he first went solo after leaving the Rockers, I always loved seeing his matches because I knew he would everything he had into a match no matter how big or small and he would always be entertaining. The only reason I ever watch wrestling today is just to see Shawn Michaels in action, he just as incredible now as he was back then. Unfortunately I haven't taken as much as I would like from Michaels but what I did take was his charisma and energy. Everytime you see him, you know he will be entertaining just because he has to be, he doesn't know how not to be, everything he does is memrable. I try to accomplish that every time I get on the mic, just like he does every time he steps into the ring. I wish I could say I had his athletescicm but unfortunately i do not, I did however used to be able to do a kick up like him. Maybe I'll be able to again someday. |
