Only a few years ago, the Chinese discovered some sanskrit documents in Lhasa, Tibet. They sent them to the University of Chandrigarh to be translated by Dr. Ruth Reyna. After close inspection Dr. Reyna revealed that the documents contain directions for building interstellar spaceships. Their method of propulsion was "anti-gravitational", and was based upon a system analogous to that of "laghima", a centrifugal force strong enough to counteract all gravitational pull, and the unknown power of the ego which Hindu Yogis claim allows them to levitate. Indian legend is full of descriptions of flying machines, which they call "Vimanas", which were supposedly capable of vertical take-off, and hovering in the sky much like a modern helicopter. Accounts of their methods of propulsion differ, with most texts suggesting anti-gravity, a mercury compound, or a yellowish-white liquid which sounds suspiciously like crude gasoline. Naturally, Indian scientists did not take the texts very seriously, until that is the Chinese announced that they were including certain parts of the data for study in their space program. Notably the first instance of a government admitting to researching anti-gravity. |
